• PricePerform™ and selling homes

  PricePerform™ is a pay for performance commission model that pays your real estate agent proportionally more for negotiating a great selling prices and proportionally less for negotiating a poor selling prices. It�s different than traditional commission proposals in that an agents commission changes faster under PricePerform™ � it goes up and down faster based on the final selling price. Since your real estate agent wants to maximize their own income, they are motivated to get you top selling prices for your home. In contrast, industry standard commissions change minimally with changes in selling prices. This means most agents are financially motivated to close a deal at any price rather than maximize value for you, the client. PricePerform™ changes this by penalizing real estate agents for poor performance and rewarding them for great performance getting you top home selling prices. • TimePerform™ and selling homes

  TimePerform™ allows you to pay your real estate agent either a full commission or commission bonus that is related to how quickly an agent sells you home above a certain price. Real estate agents submit the number of days it will take them to sell your home, above a minimum price. You decide if TimePerform™ is a bonus added to another commission, like PricePerform™, or is a stand-alone commission.

• Home buyers and PricePerform™

  PricePerform™ for buyers is a way to create incentives for your agent to negotiate a lower buying price. In circumstances where a buyer�s real estate agent would be ordinarily refunding you some of the money paid by the seller�s real estate agent, PricePerform&trade allows you to leverage that money to save even more in the form of a lower selling price. This is a win for you and a win for your real estate agent since you save money and your agent is gaining an opportunity to increase commissions.

• Why should I care about ProOffer™ price predictions?

  ProOffer™ algorithms analyze the commission proposals submitted by real estate agents to calculate a home�s expected selling price or a given markets degree of �listing inflation� (how well priced homes are to sell). Because the data we are analyzing is coming from real estate agents, the data inputs into our model calculations are best in class. That means that you, the client, are getting predictions from the people who are in the best position to know home values � front-line real estate agents.
